Bulk SMS service in Nigeria
Send bulk SMS to customers on MTN, Airtel, Glo and 9mobile from our web platform or API. Upload a contact list in Excel or CSV, personalise each message with names, amounts or references, and schedule campaigns for the right time. Every message has a delivery report by network, so you can see what arrived and reconcile what you paid for.
Sender ID registration, handled
In Nigeria every alphanumeric sender ID must be approved by each network before it can deliver. We check your sender ID against the network rules, prepare the authorisation letters and file them with MTN, Airtel, Glo and 9mobile on your behalf, then track each approval until it is live.
Secure OTP and bank alert SMS
Banks, microfinance banks and fintechs use our SMS API for one-time passwords, debit and credit alerts and login verification. Messages go out on priority, DND-exempt transactional routes, typically arriving in seconds. The API is secured with bearer keys, IP whitelisting and encrypted HTTPS, with a delivery report for every OTP and bank alert.
DND, transactional and promotional SMS
Transactional messages — OTPs, receipts, account alerts — use routes that reach numbers on Do-Not-Disturb. Promotional campaigns follow the networks' DND rules and the 08:00–20:00 sending window. We route each message type correctly so it isn't blocked, and we refund messages the networks reject.
VAS aggregation and USSD
As a VAS aggregator we connect applications and content providers to network billing: daily, weekly or on-demand subscriptions, renewals and real-time webhooks. Our USSD Builder lets you design a *code# menu visually, test it in a simulator and connect it to your systems without writing session code.

Do I need a sender ID for SMS?
Yes. Each network approves sender IDs. We file the requests for you — see the guidelines on the Bulk SMS page.
Is there a test environment?
Yes. Sandbox keys are issued during onboarding.
How much does bulk SMS cost in Nigeria?
Bulk SMS starts from ₦5.90 per SMS page, with lower rates at higher monthly volumes. One page holds 160 standard characters. You top up a prepaid wallet from ₦10,000, and messages a network rejects are refunded.
How do I register a sender ID in Nigeria?
Choose a name of 3–11 letters that identifies your business, sign an authorisation letter on your letterhead for each network, and we file it with MTN, Airtel, Glo and 9mobile. Approval typically takes 1–5 business days per network.
Will my SMS reach numbers on DND?
Transactional messages such as OTPs and account alerts are delivered to DND numbers on transactional routes. Promotional messages are not delivered to numbers on DND, in line with network rules.
Do you send secure OTP and bank alert SMS?
Yes. Our SMS API sends OTPs, two-factor codes and debit/credit bank alerts on priority transactional routes that reach DND numbers. Requests are secured with bearer keys, IP whitelisting and HTTPS, and every message has a delivery report and webhook. Documentation and sandbox keys are on the Developer hub.
